TV Camera Assistant
Amy is a camera assistant based in the North West of England. She has worked across multiple genres including documentary, Live events, studio shows and reality TV. Last year Amy stepped up to operating on live sports broadcasts such as the Premier League for SkySports.
Her extensive experience means Amy is competent at rigging and operating a variety of cameras and equipment. Amy has worked on both large scale multi-camera productions and small PSC shoots.

Wildlife Photographer & Filmmaker
Amy has been taking photographs for over a decade. Since 2019 she has been a media volunteer for the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust (WWT) supplying photographs and videos for their social medias. In 2025 Amy was selected as a Girls Who Click Ambassador, representing an organisation which aims to support and encourage female representation in nature photography and conservation.
In 2020 Amy created her first wildlife documentary highlighting the destruction of wetlands in the UK and beyond. The film was screened at international festivals achieving finalist status at the New York Cinematography awards.
Mountaineering & Outdoor Pursuits
Amy is an avid climber and mountaineer, currently pursuing her mountain leader qualification in the UK. She has climbed all over the UK and across the alps, completing a Safe Working at Height (Rescue 3
Europe) course in 2024. In 2023 she summited her first 6000er Island Peak in the Himalayas.
Amy's goal is to combine her love for climbing and wildlife with her professional experience as a camera assistant, working on expedition style documentaries, and contributing to conservation projects.


Public Speaking
As well as working in the camera department Amy has also taken part in public speaking at schools and universities for programs such as BBC Bitesize. These talks vary from educating high school students on the variety of jobs there are in TV to discussing breaking into the industry and how to navigate it with young people on Media focused college courses and University degrees.
